Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our client’s products and services directly to potential customers in their homes. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are looking to grow their careers in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers in designated territories.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
  • Report daily sales activities and results to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales, direct sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
